FICO cutoff
Agency cutoff - 620 several years ago. but was moved up to 660. Lower cutoff of Alt-A and Jumbo - 600 and 620 Subprime cutoff - 500 Average FICOs in 2004 Jumbo - 735 Alt-A - 710 Subprime - 620
